Yosemite Wilderness 2020

In the mean time I had figured that hunkering down at the exit trailhead is not a good idea after all because then I would need to bring air mattress and sleeping bag on the bike. At the end of my hike I saw just the perfect spot. It’s directly opposite from the Wawona Hotel, but with that one closed and deserted, this spot is mine. You can’t really see it from the main road. And the little road it is on is closed, directly beyond the spot, Meadow Loop Trail, Wawona, Yosemite National Park, California, June 22, 2020, 15:26
